The Euro pre paid credit cars from Thomas Cook

after changing £1000 sterling into Euros at 1.17 exchange rate I went back into the shop to say take the 860 Euros off the card and give it me back in sterling. The end result....... they gave me back £616.29 thats at 1.35 Euros exchange rate !!!! this means to put my money on card and transfer it back has just cost me £95.00. Their staff do not explain the full result and I fell I have just been SHAFTED. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!

You should contact head office as they should have explained this to you...also should have given back at same charge ....as they offer to take back what is not spent at same exchange rate...do contact the head office..
