two things.firstly why do you go to such lengths to hide your address or email address? I've had to give you mine.

Secondly, Why do you propose to charge me considerably more than your average customer when I've had one accident in 59 year? Andthat was 4 years ago.

Hi cobweb - and welcome to the forum.

I think you will have to contact your motor Insurers as this is money.co.uk and has nothing to do with your Insurance. Good luck

Hi cobweb, and welcome.

Sabre is right, cobweb, you will have to contact the insurer directly for the answers to your questions.

If you can tell us the name of the insurer, we can try and help you find some contact details...

It is interesting what cobweb states, how some companies deny you full access to their details.

They limit the ways in which we can communicate with them almost as a detrent to people contacting them.

I have repeatedly seen companies request that, should you need to communicate with them you can only do so in writing, and in this day and age the art of writing has practically died and insisting that people use this method, prevents a whole host of people doing so!

Insurance companies are a law unto themselves and are able to increase their charges and premiums without any restriction. Remember cobweb you aren't only paying for your insurance but that of those who do have accidents and those whom are not insured!
