First time buyers

by , 7 months ago

Ok guys I am looking for a bit of advice and tips really. Myself and my
Partner and looking to get onto the property ladder and are saving for a decent mortgage. Due to the current climate it's looking like were going to need close to a 25% / 30% deposit for a mortgage - are there any banks that will offer a 15% mortgage? Any advice and tips for first time buyers very welcome! Cheers

Hi I am a professional adviser. A 15% deposit will be sufficient & make a huge difference in terms of interest charged over a 10% deposit mortgage. Please feel free to ask any more questions.

Hi stratters, have you thought about talking to the money.co.uk team about registering as a money.co.uk Expert for the forum?

Hi Fruity. After Stratters reply to the Euro millions I would
be reluctant to take any advice from him in case he
"wasted" my money and gave me the wrong advice.

hi Sabre,

What i mean is that when you win the lottery Euromillions on that level, you can afford to spend some of it and enjoy some of it.

Ah- but that's not what you said stratters10. You've

changed your mind as it didn't make you look very

professional when you were offering advice as an advisor

on mortgages etc. Good that you realised and you

changed direction.
