a and l insurance do not have a pet cover access of £35.00 pound as i asked maybe for a cat so i asked they replied no they do not

If I were to have a shot at this, I suspect your problem arises out of difficulty in communication and of course we have to assume that this is a genuine post, respectfully of course.
