He frightened many people including pensioners and the disabled with his demands for £500 for infringing copyright!
He says he only made £300,000 from it and is sayign he cannot afford tro pay costs.
I say he should pay everybodys costs plus damages.
I hate lawyers with a vengeance and this just illustrates how this slimy scummy pondlife targets vulnerable people yet when caught with their own pants down run away and hide in a corner.

This crook should be made to pay back every penny + compensation his assets should be confiscated and sold to finance this.
I don't agree with illegal file sharing, it is after all, against the law, but what this lawyer has done is also very wrong and he should be punished financially for it. I don't believe for a second that he wasn't just trying to make a fast buck at other people's expense.
