I Am A 68Yr Old Retired Male Now Living In The Philippines .. With THIS Card I Cannot DRAW Any Money From ANY ATM Or Bank Here In The PHILIPPINES. Only Goods .. Problem: No SWIPE Machines Here,!! Iv`e Notified Nationwide About This .. It Is My Pension Going To Their Bank .. And They Won`t Address The Problem.

Hi John G, please don't be offended if I suggest that it would have been easier to have checked this situation out before you retired to the Philippines. A quick glance at a few websites regarding retiring to the Philippines does seem to suggest that there can indeed be problems with ATM machines there anyway, due to expensive currency transaction fees and widespread ATM fraud.
I think you will have to change your UK account with the Nationwide to a large bank that has international coverage, HSBC or Citi for example, as the Nationwide is a UK building society not an international bank.
I would suggest that you contact some of these major banks and ask their advice as to a suitable bank account to fit your needs. Once you have found a suitable account, you can then switch your Nationwide account to the new account.

But When I Joined Nationwide Years Ago I Had An Ordinary Nationwide FlexAccount,I Could Draw My Pension Here At Any Bank Or ATM .. The Pension Service And My Private Pension, Wont Send My Pensions Abroad .. because They Call It Money Laundering ..
